Grading Manuals

The British Motor Racing Marshals Club and its sister organisation, the British Rally Marshals Club developed schemes to acknowledge the experience which marshals have gained through attending events and training days. Together, the clubs produced a combined grading manual, which outlined how marshals at circuits, speed events, kart tracks and rallies could progress as they gained experience.

The governing body for motorsport in the UK, the MSA, acknowledged the foundation established by the BMMC & BRMC and used the grading manual as the basis for a new MSA Grading Scheme, details of which can be found here
