Welcome

At long last our new website is ‘live’ and I would like to extend a warm welcome to all our members who I hope will enjoy looking around our new site. As you will know the club are constantly looking for new sponsors for overalls and other items to help with expenditure for members. Our aim is to be able to offer overalls for free which means we need to get another 2 or 3 sponsors on board. I am working on two more possible sponsors at the moment and will update the site as soon as I have some definite news to pass on. Of course, if any of you know of someone who might be interested in becoming a sponsor or supporter of the club, you can always e-mail me their details and I will follow it up on your behalf. 

Some of you may have noticed race cars carrying our “supporting marshals” stickers on this year. This is a new initiative, originally the brainchild of Eric Ridler, to help raise funds for the club. To date we have sold almost £1,000 worth of stickers with hopefully more to be sold over the coming weekends! The stickers are available to any driver at £10 each, so if you know a driver who would be interested in supporting us please ask them to contact me s.c.green@btinternet.com and I will forward the relevant details. Have a great year everyone and I hope to see many of you during the season. Regards, Stephen
