Award win for Malcolm Flippance

We are delighted to hear that Malcolm Flippance has been awarded the Lalique Trophy, for Marshal of the Year, by Prescott Marshals Club. Malcolm has been a long time marshal in our region, and only recenly retired after many years from the South Midlands committee.
