Hughes Historic Rally

The Blackpalfrey Motor Club of Kent are running their annual round of the HRCR Clubman Rally Championship the Hughes Historic Rally on Saturday 13th April. They are looking for marshals to assist with the running of special tests at Manston Airport.

Special tests consist of a course set out on either a sealed surface or a grass/loose surface for which marshals are required to check compliance with the route, make a note of any penalties incurred and replace any course markers that are hit. This is a much lower speed motorsport than circuit racing and accordingly no special equipment or clothing is required and any training necessary will be provided on the day.

ProtoEV STEM CHALLENGE 2024

ProtoEV is the most advanced motorsport STEM competition in the world for schools, colleges, youth clubs and apprentices in the UK.

The venue is called Traq – Motor Racing
Address is 2 Jessops Way, Croydon CR0 4TS.

1st Test Date – Wednesday 10th April 2024 ( Easter break)
2nd Test Date – Wednesday 8th May 2024
Race final – Wednesday 29th May 2024 (May Half Term)
Each day will be at the track from 11am-3pm
