The meeting will be a hybrid event so that members can attend either in person or by Zoom. A buffet and soft refreshments will be available for those members attending in person.

A relevant extract from the club rules regarding committee nomination is shown below:
K.3.7 To be eligible to stand to join the Regional Committee, a candidate must be a Full Member of the Club as defined in Appendix 1 of the Articles (other classes of membership will not be eligible), and must be in good standing, and must be formally allocated to that region.
K.3.8 Candidates must submit their nomination to the Regional Secretary in the form requested under K.3.6, together with the details of two Full Members affiliated with that region who are willing to propose and second their nomination.
