Volunteers’ Week

Posted on in From the Chair, News

This week is Volunteers’ Week. A time to celebrate and recognise the incredible efforts of volunteers across the UK.

As a club, we want to give a special mention to all marshals and volunteers within Motorsport. These dedicated individuals are the unsung heroes of the racing world, ensuring safety, fairness and fun at every event.

Thank you for being part of our Orange Family. Regardless of early starts, tight timetables, late finishes, rain, wind, sleet, snow, sunshine; whatever the weather – you are there, on the bank, in the garages, on the hill, at the control point, smiles on faces, enthusiastic about your work and contributing to the overall goal of ensuring motorsport, at all levels, and in all disciplines is Safe and Fair for all.

But your contribution doesn’t stop at the track. Many of you  also devote your time and energy to serving your local communities, sporting committees and other community groups and organisations. The dedication and passion you bring to your roles inspire us all. Your efforts ensure that our communities are vibrant, safe, and supportive.

This Volunteers’ Week, we extend our heartfelt thanks to every motorsport marshal and volunteer. Together, we celebrate your contributions and the positive change you bring to our world. Happy Volunteers’ Week!

Thank You
